K1 Speed – Go Karts Phoenix
K1 speed is the best.
Let’s expand on that a little though.
K1 is the best rental go kart facility for kids old enough to handle a go kart. So, I would say ages 8 and up if you meet the 48″ height requirement.
These go karts have 20 horsepower electric motors which move your ass up to 50 miles per hour!
Which means there is not going to be a whole lot for younger kids to do. They do have an arcade which will be something to keep them busy for a while.
Let’s forget about the younger kids for a second and focus back on the go karts. I have raced these go karts, and they are no joke. They are fast, they handle good, and super fun.
Most people will get out and complain about being tired. Go karting is a sport and a physically demanding one at that!
Not only can you race go karts here but there is food!
Also, Beer!
There is a full restaurant and bar to indulge in when finished racing.

Phoenix Kart Rentals – Real Race Go Karts Phoenix
My opinion… This is the best go kart rental location possibly in the country!
This is it!
The real deal!
These go karts are real racing go karts that are available to the public to rent. They are top of the line racing go karts imported from Europe.
If you are in the Phoenix area and looking to start go kart racing, this is where you can start. This allows you to get into the sport of go kart racing for a fraction of the cost.
Yes, it is expensive but on the flip side if you go buy everything outright you are going to spend 10 fold! Phoenix Kart Rentals allows you to get the real experience at a fraction of the cost.
Things to Consider – Phoenix Kart Rentals
Do not waste your money if you fall into these groups!.
- Have never driven or raced a go kart like vehicle
- You feel uncomfortable going that fast
- Get nervous on the road driving with other vehicles
The reason I say this is because if you do not reach a safe minimum speed or cannot keep the go kart on the track they have the right to remove you from the track with no refund.
If you fall into any of those groups go to K1 Speed first. Race their go karts. They are indoor, fast and pretty realistic as well. At K1 you will gain the feeling of a racing go kart.
This will prepare you for the real deal at Phoenix Kart Rentals!

Golfland Sunsplash – Family Go Karting
This is the best overall family experience in my opinion!
Waterparks, games, food, go karts, mini golf and more! This is an entire day’s trip that will wear out the little ones and most likely the parents too!
The go karts are gas powered and not the fastest in Phoenix but they are definitely to guarantee a good time.
My favorite part about these go karts are the second seat for the passengers. Leaving the young ones on the side is the worst. At Golfland Sunsplash you can bring them along for the ride and share the fun with them!
I would recommend purchasing one of the bundle deals. There is so much to do why just race go karts!
