K1 Speed – Fastest Go Karts in Vegas

K1 speed is the best.

Lets expand on that a little though.

K1 is the best rental go kart facility for kids old enough to handle a go kart. So, I would say ages 8 and up if you meet the 48″ height requirement.

These go karts have 20 horsepower electric motors which move your ass up to 50 miles per hour!

Which means there is not going to be a whole lot for younger kids to do. They do have an arcade which will be something to keep them busy for a while.

Let’s forget about the younger kids for a second and focus back on the go karts. I have raced these go karts, and they are no joke. They are fast, they handle good, and super fun.

Most people will get out and complain about being tired. Go karting is a sport and a physically demanding one at that!

Not only can you race go karts here but there is food!

Also, Beer!

There is a full restaurant and bar to indulge in when finished racing.

Vegas SuperKarts – The Ultimate Outdoor Go Kart Experience!

I am jealous that there are no outdoor go karts near me like Vegas Superkarts. This place has so much to offer. Everything at this place is top notch. The go karts are built by SodiKart a top level go kart manufacturer. The facility is pristine and huge!

The Sodikart race is a RT10 4-Stroke gas go kart. Gas go karts can take you further than any indoor electric go kart. Renting race go karts has never been easier than at VSK.

The racetrack also easily surpasses an indoor go kart track. Fourteen high-speed white-knuckle turns will have your adrenaline pumping after a race. The long straightaways will open up that 4-stroke engine and let her sing to full potential.

There is no experience required to race at VSK. The go karts feature safety items such as seat belts and a safety roll cage.

Gene Woods Racing Experience – Indoor and Outdoor Go Kart Racing

The Gene Woods Racing Experience offers two unique go kart tracks in the center of Las Vegas. Las Vegas is more than gambling and hotels. Enjoy a family friendly experience at either location.

GWRE at the Las Vegas Sports Center – Outdoor Go Kart Track

The Las Vegas Sports Center location is an outdoor gas go kart experience. With twists and turn the track will challenge your skills.

The Go karts feature a unique center engine design. The go kart engine is located behind the driver in the center of the chassis. The engine is one of the heaviest components other than the driver.

The centering of the engine promotes a more balanced go kart by evening the weight of the left rear and right rear tires. A heavier tire on either side will create grip differences between the two tires when cornering left or right.

GWRE at Fremont Street Experience – Indoor Drift Track

Gene Woods has delivered on two very different go kart experiences. Unlike the high-speed fast corner racing at the Las Vegas Sports Center the Drift track at Fremont Street presents its own challenges. Test you skills and see if you have the best kart control to win the race!

A drift track is a lot of fun. Some people build go karts dedicated just to drift! Check out some awesome drift go karts here. The track surface is usually coated to allow the go karts to drift around.

The electric go karts are great for drifting. Electric go karts provide instantons torque and can spin the rear tires to set the drift in motion. Hol on though because if you don’t counter steer, you will spin out very quickly!

To learn how to modulate the throttle to properly drift check out this video by K1 Speed. K1 Speed is another top tier indoor go kart track.

Pole Position Raceway – Indoor Go Karts, Corporate Event Venue, Team Building Activities

At Pole Position you will find High Performance indoor electric go karts. These go karts are high speed and fun to drive. Who wants to putt around track at a couple miles an hour… yea nobody.

Pole Position Raceway offers a family fun experience with junior, and adult go karts. To drive you need to be at least 48″.

With that being said most go kart tracks will throw a caveat in there saying you must also be able to control the go kart as well. So just because you are 48″ you still might have some trouble getting to ride.

Safety is the number one most important factor when racing. If a driver cannot control the go kart, it doesn’t only risk their safety but the safety of others.

Other Activities at Pole Position

When you finished racing for the day or in between racing you can find other fun things to do at Pole Position. They have an arcade and VR experiences. Check out all of the Omni Arena by Virtuix at Pole Position Raceway in Las Vegas here!
